"For the past eight years, we have worked with Chef Jennifer Disler to commemorate the harvest with a fine-dining-in-the-gardens meal on our farm. She honors the farm's flavors by allowing the menu to sprout from the gardens and pastures, rather than imposing an external blueprint on the meal. When our summer squash and tomato plants were producing faster than we could pick them, she made Lungo Bianco, Rampicante Zucchini, & Heirloom Tomato Gratin with local cheeses. When we wanted to introduce diners to the delicious taste of our pasture-raised guinea fowl, she paired them with locally grown apples and locally brewed beer. Jen's food tells the story of the season with every bite!"
